Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-30

Heads up:these are plain-English first-draft terms. They're written to be intelligible. They are nota substitute for attorney review — before scaling this past the friend-group stage, get a lawyer to harden them.

1. Who we are

Ruddiduddi (ruddiduddi.com, the “Service”) is operated by Fedago(the “Operator,” “we,” “us”), from New York, USA. You can reach us at eldar@radovici.com.

2. What you're agreeing to

By signing in to the Service, you're agreeing to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

3. Your account

  • You need a Google account to sign in.
  • You have to be at least 18.
  • One account per person. Don't share credentials.
  • We can suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are being used abusively. We'll tell you why and refund any unused credits.

4. Credits and payments

  • New accounts receive $5 in credit on signup. This is a one-time promotional grant, not real currency.
  • Each submission (one prompt → three draft variants) costs 50¢. Comic productions may incur additional per-panel charges; we disclose the price before you commit.
  • Credits are not refundable for change of mind. If we fail to generate something, or moderation blocks your submission, we automatically refund the credits for that submission.
  • Top-ups are processed by Stripe. Their consumer terms apply at checkout.
  • Credits don't expire under normal use, but we may expire dormant balances after 24 months of account inactivity, with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ruddiduddi to create or share content that:

  • Depicts minors in any context, including stylized.
  • Depicts identifiable real public figures or celebrities.
  • Targets a specific real person to harass, defame, or threaten.
  • Promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity.
  • Sexually explicit, or sexual content involving real people.
  • Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or right of publicity.
  • Attempts to extract or replicate a specific living artist's style by name.

Borderline humor is allowed and expected. Anything that gets flagged by moderation is held; if you think it's a false positive, contact us.

6. Your content

  • You own what you submit (prompts, reference photos) and what you produce.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and display your content as needed to run the Service.
  • We don't use your submissions to train AI models. We don't sell your content.
  • If you set a production to public, you also grant us a license to feature it on Ruddiduddi's public pages (homepage, social previews, etc.). You can flip it back to private at any time and we'll stop featuring it on a best-effort basis.

7. AI-generated content

Ruddiduddi uses AI image and text models. Output is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing anything you choose to share publicly or with people outside the Service.

8. Reports and takedowns

If something on Ruddiduddi violates these Terms or your rights (e.g. copyright, right of publicity, harassment), email eldar@radovici.com with a link and a one-line description. We aim to review within a few business days and act on legitimate requests.

9. Termination

You can close your account any time (email us). We can suspend or close accounts for material breach of these Terms; we'll refund unused credits where the breach wasn't deliberate.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated output meets your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Fedago's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes get a notice in-product before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change counts as acceptance.
