About Ruddiduddi

What is it?

Every group of friends has running jokes that don't make sense to anyone else — “the time someone yelled about salt,” “the Mister Softee incident,” “FSD patch notes.” Ruddiduddi turns those moments into memes and comic strips your group can share.

You write a quick prompt (and optionally attach reference photos). We generate three drafts in different visual styles. Your group can pick the winner. Done versions live on your profile or in a private group, or you can share them publicly.

How it works

1. Sign in with Google. You get $5 free credit.
2. Submit a prompt at /submit— describe the moment in a sentence or two, attach photos if you want, pick “meme” or “comic.”
3. We generate three draft variants in different styles. That costs 50¢.
4. Pick a winner. Your group can vote on /drafts if you want input first.
5. The winning draft gets produced (for comics, all panels render in the chosen style). You can share it publicly or keep it to a group.

What does it cost?

• $5 free creditwhen you sign up. That's 10 submissions at no cost.
• 50¢ per submission after that. One submission gets you three draft variants to choose from.
• Top up any time from /credits. Payments via Stripe. No subscriptions.
• If we fail to generate something or moderation blocks it, you get your credits back automatically.

Visibility & sharing

Every production has its own visibility setting:

• Private — just you.
• Group — specific group(s) you create and invite to.
• Unlisted — anyone with the link.
• Signed-in only — visible to all Ruddiduddi members.
• Public — visible on the homepage and indexed by search.

You can change visibility on any production at any time. Public ones get nice link previews on WhatsApp, iMessage, etc.
